Man waves gun at undercover cop in roadrage incident

FORT WAYNE A man is under arrest for waving a gun at the wrong person, to express his road rage.

51-year-old Dale Riley from Pierceton was driving on U.S. 30 near Fort Wayne on Tuesday morning when he cut off an undercover police officer while changing lanes.

The officer slammed on his brakes, and says he saw riley wave his arms in frustration – while holding a gun. The officer says he even saw Riley putting ammo in the gun.

Riley was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon.
