Jeffrey Hill pleads guilty to robbery

NEW PARIS, Ind. - One of two men, accused in a home invasion in New Paris last year, faces up to 120 years in prison.

Jeffrey Hill, 43, faces several charges, including robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, resulting in bodily injury.

Our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth say he pleaded guilty to the crime.

Hill's co-defendant and son, Jeffery Hunt, 25, is scheduled to stand trial March 17th.

One of the men reportedly beat the 78-year-old homeowner with a tire iron, during the break-in November of last year.

Donald Neer suffered three fractured vertebrae in his neck, along with other injuries.
