The man who told officers he was hit by a train last week, has been released from the hospital.
Kyle Center, 18 was critically injured when he was hit by an Amtrak train in Buchanan Wednesday
When emergency crews found Center, lying next to the tracks, he told them he'd been in a rollover crash before being hit by the train.
Officers found his vehicle in a corn field west of the area.
They say he walked to toward the tracks, after rolling the vehicle several times.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in this incident.
According to our reporting partners at the Herald-Palladium, the prosecutor's office is reviewing police reports to determine whether Center will face charges.
