Man could get jail time for impersonating officer

Cromwell A man who tried his hand at pretending to be a police officer could find himself behind bars.

Jaccob Jensen, 25, of Cromwell faces a felony charge, after admitting to a traffic stop involving a Syracuse teen. That's according to the Stacey Page Online..

Jensen stopped the vehicle on May 30th, citing the driver for recklessness. The teen driver later told police Jensen's car had a siren and flashing lights on its grill. When the teen asked to see Jensen's badge, Jensen said he'd forgot it at home.

Jensen could go to prison for up to 6 years if convicted.
