ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.--- The trial date has been pushed back for a man accused of setting his foreclosed home on fire.

62-year-old Douglas Wilcox was in court Monday and went before Judge Hurley.

Wilcox is charged with arson for a house fire in the 21000 block of Sandy Brook Dr. in August.

In court Friday, a continuance was granted by the judge.

Wilcox will be back in court for his record date June 30th and his trial date is now set for July 21st.
