A South Haven man is now facing four charges in connection to a deadly crash that left his cousin dead.

Erik Woodall, 20, is in the Van Buren County Jail and held on a million dollars bond.

According to our reporting partners at WSJM Radio , Woodall was charged with second degree murder, operating while intoxicated causing death, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm.

Police have determined there was “intentional contact” between Wood’s vehicle and that of his cousin, Jason Woodall, 25, of South Haven.

This crash happened back on May 28, along County Road 687 in Geneva Township near South Haven.

Investigators say at the time of the crash, the younger Woodall was combative with EMS And police at the scene.
