Man charged for accidentally firing gun at McDonald's

ARGOS Charges have been filed against a man accused of accidentally firing a weapon at a McDonald’s, connected to a BP gas station in Argos.

According to 1050 AM The Chief, David Boston, 21, is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and creating a substantial risk of bodily injury.

He was reportedly in the men's bathroom, when his 9mm handgun went off. The bullet went through the walls of the men's bathroom, all the way through the women's restroom, and into a beam in the common area of the restaurant.

Fortunately no one was hurt.
