SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend man, accused of starting a fire at a mobile home on Mayflower Road after a domestic dispute, was arraigned Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Mark O'Banion, 24, pushed an officer who tried to arrest him.

O'Banion had reportedly placed shotgun shells in the microwave causing them to explode, but that wasn't what caused the fire.

Investigators say they found three separate points where the fire was deliberately set.

O'Banion has been charged with two counts of arson, and one count of resisting law enforcement.

A hearing has been sent for June 10.
