Man accused of killing 'beer pong' opponent in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- A man accused of killing his beer pong opponent was in court today.

Jacob Saye, 22, faces felony murder charges in the shooting death of Christopher White.

It all happened this past February at a home in South Bend.

The pair were playing a drinking came called "beer pong."

Saye suggested the winner use a semi-automatic handgun, Russian roulette style against the loser.

Saye told police he put the gun against White's temple and pulled the trigger.

White died as a result of this shooting.

Say's trial is set to begin November 17 with another record date set for October 28.
