A man accused of a deadly hit and run in Cass County was in court Wednesday morning.
26-year-old Kory Bridges of Niles, faces a felony charge of failure to stop at the scene of an accident back in April.
Bridges turned himself into state police the morning after it happened.
He said he thought he hit a deer.
We still don't know if the victim, Charles Lintz, was walking in the road, or off to the side, or if alcohol may have been involved.
Bridges is expected to face a preliminary exam.
