Local student artwork on display at "Meet Me in the Gallery"
South Bend, Ind. Local middle and high school students will show off their amazing artwork Friday evening at "Meet Me in the Gallery". The artwork will be displayed as part of the 2012 Scholastic Art Award exhibition.

Local middle and high school students will show off their amazing artwork Friday evening at "Meet Me in the Gallery". The artwork will be displayed as part of the 2012 Scholastic Art Award exhibition.
The juried exhibition includes more than 400 works of art selected from more than 2,000 entries. Some of the artwork will get to compete at the national level.
This year's "Meet Me in the Gallery" will be held from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the South Bend Museum of Art.
Vocalist Priscilla Phillips will be performing accompanied by Darrel Tideback, Bill Nicks and Jim Steele.
The evening is sponsored by the South Bend Museum of Art and WVPE Radio.
Admission to the event costs $5 for adults. Children 12 and under are free, along with SBMA and WVPE members.
