A local weatherman has been charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence Friday.
Local Weatherman James Martin, 48, has been charged with a Class A misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as well as a class A misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level over .15.
Martin was arrested on February 9 when police were called to the scene near Carmichael Drive were they found Marin’s vehicle flipped over on its roof.
An initial hearing has been set for March 11.
