21 Indiana schools have been recognized in the College Board's AP District Honor Roll. That includes some in Michiana.
The honor is based on the percentage of students who scored 3 or higher on AP exams. 530 schools in the U.S. and Canada were named in the list.
Indiana's representation has been steadily growing since the program began in 2010. In 2011, 13.4 percent of AP students passed with scores of 3 or higher.
