MISHAWAKA, Ind. - A local restaurant will get some national attention Wednesday.
Corndance Tavern will be featured on the Cooking Channel's Road Trip with G. Garvin.
The show was filmed back in April to highlight the best of the Midwest.
In Wednesday’s episode, Chef Nicholas Ruse will cook up braised bison short ribs with cheddar grits and fried green tomatoes.
The show airs Wednesday evening at 9 p.m. on the Cooking Channel.
