There are beautiful spots all over Michigan, but in the Pure Michigan Moments photo contest, one of the favorites came from right here in Michiana.
Sean chess, of Coldwater, took the photo of the St. Joseph North Pier Lighthouse in St. Joseph.
The photo will be featured in the 2013 Pure Michigan travel guide.
More than 3,300 photos were submitted to the contest through Facebook.
Chess says his family toured the shore of Lake Michigan this year after his dad recently passed away.
