Linton’s Enchanted Gardens opens café

Elkhart, Ind. It was an idea that started more than 10 years ago when Linton’s Enchanted Gardens was located down the street from where it is now.

The new facility, where it is now, was built seven years ago and there was always an intention of building a café. Finally, with the economy improving that dream became a reality.

Linton’s now serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in their new café.

“What they get here that they won't get elsewhere is a lot of drink options; we have over 100 customize drinks that we offer. We have fresh soups and salads all made to order and nowhere else are they going to get fresh fruits and organically grown vegetables. We're growing them organically at our own nursery and what's better than growing plants at a garden center,” explains owner Mark Linton.

In addition to the freshly made food, they also pay attention to detail. Every plate is organized in an esthetically pleasing way, there is a flower on every plate and the café itself is unique.

The café has been open for three weeks now and all of the kinks have been ironed out. The café does take reservation but if you have other questions you can give them a call at (888) 779-9333 or visit their website.
