A Ligonier man was badly injured when he fell from a tree stand Saturday.
DNR officials said Carl Folk Jr. lost his balance while hunting in Stueben County, falling 24 feet, about two and a half stories.
Folk Jr., who was attempting to climb down from the tree stand, is currently in serious condition at a Fort Wayne hospital.
