A teenager is injured after crashing in Fulton County on Tuesday.
It happened on State Road 19, north of Fulton County Road 100 North around 3:30 p.m.
Police say 17-year-old Dylan Stimeling of Mentone was driving southbound on State Road 19. Stimeling was allegedly passing another vehicle, going at a high speed in the northbound lane. When he tried to return to the southbound lane, he lost control and went off the west side of State Road 19.
Stimeling's vehicle hit a pile of cement blocks, which caused his car to flip. It came to rest on its top.
The teen had to be taken out of the car by firefighters. He was flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. He suffered head trauma and is listed in critical, but stable condition.
Police say they believe speed was a factor in the crash.
