A Kosciusko County woman, accused of starving two puppies, has entered into a plea deal.

KOSCIUSKO CO., Ind.---- A Kosciusko County woman, accused of starving two puppies, has entered into a plea deal.

Laci Harper, 27, pleaded guilty to felony animal cruelty.

Stacey Page Online reports that two other misdemeanor charges were dropped.

The deal calls for Harper to be sentenced to 2 years suspended and served on probation.

She also can't own an animal for 2 years.

Harper was charged after a neighbor took a video of two German shepherd puppies that were left neglected and starving.

One of the animals died just hours after the video was shot, the other was taken in by the Animal Welfare League.
