Judge still mulling request to free FBI-raided business owner

Elkhart Another hearing Wednesday for an Elkhart man accused of fraud, ended in no decision about his release from jail.

James LeDonne, 59, says he wants out of jail To prepare for his trial, but prosecutors have argued he's a flight risk, according to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth .

LeDonne faces 17 charges, including mail fraud.

His business was raided in May, because he's accused of a scheme to defraud customers who placed orders with him.
