SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- The James Madison Primary Center is trying to keep kids fit by using their brains.

Fit Noggins is a new brain and fitness program for kids between the ages of 6 and 11.

The program begins the process of instilling healthy habits by emphasizing the connection between their brain and body.

This is done by an instructor who guides the students to play games and exercise to fun and energetic music.

The primary center is also including Fit Noggins into its "S.T.E.M" Program.

Memorial Brain Works is having free programs coming up that include Fit Noggins and Zumbinee, a program for parents and their infants.
