Police are investigating several wildfires on the Jasper Pulaski Fish and Wildlife area, which they believe are a result of arson.
Eight fires were started Thursday shortly after 1:30 and burned at least 5 acres.
Coincidentally, the fires occurred in the same area where several arson fires were reported this s spring. It is unknown if the same person is responsible for the fires.
