Indiana is set to receive $1.9 million as part of a settlement with pharmaceutical company, Pfizer.

It's part of a multi-state, $42.9 million settlement over how the company promoted drugs Zyvox and Lyrica.

The Indiana Attorney General’s office says they marketed the drugs for off-label uses, and made unsubstantiated claims about Zyvox's superiority to similar drugs.
