Indiana is the #1 seed in the East Region and will open Friday in Dayton vs the winner of the play in game between LIU Brooklyn and James Madison. Tipoff should be around 4pm Friday.
If IU wins, they will face either NC State or Temple in the 2nd round Sunday in Dayton.
The Hoosiers Sweet 16 site is Philadelphia, not Indianapolis. As the #1 overall seed, Louisville is in the Midwest Region and will play in the Sweet 16 in Indy.
Potential Sweet 16 opponents for Indiana in Philly include 4th seeded Syracuse and 5th seeded UNLV.
Miami is the two seed, Marquette the 3 seed and Butler is the 6th seed.
