Indiana Supreme Court suspends Goshen attorney

GOSHEN Indiana's Supreme Court has suspended a Goshen attorney for two years for professional misconduct.

The Herald Palladium reports that Joseph Lehman has faced several contempt charges, some involving jail time.He is also accused of failing to appear at multiple hearings, filing improper paperwork, and ignoring a subpoena.

Lehman has never acknowledged any misconduct.

He has run for political office at the city and county level, without any success.
