Indiana's General Assembly is off to a quick start to its 2013 session.
Lawmakers returned to Indianapolis today.
State senators plan to spend the first week of the session vetting a possible expansion of the school voucher system and new performance measures for Indiana schools.
Legislators will be busy drafting the state's biennial budget and looking for ways to pay for road projects.
They will also consider governor-elect Mike Pence's proposed personal income tax cut.
