A talented group of local college kids hit the stage today, taking a break from their studies to show off their skills during “Fridays by the Fountain.”
Students from Indiana University South Bend’s Raclin School of Arts entertained the crowd with a variety of theater, dance and music performances.
The free concert series has drawn folks to downtown South Bend for the last 13 summers and has attracted a wide range of acts.
Folks of all ages watched as students presented a Native American contemporary dance, an African dance, and even the Spanish flamenco right on the Hunt Plaza.
The final “Fridays by the Fountain” of the season will be held next Friday, Sept. 6.
