SOUTH BEND- Michiana families spent Saturday morning browsing for deals on children’s clothing in South Bend.

Hundreds gathered to attend Twice is Nice Resale. The sale only happens twice a year, and offers a variety of used children’s items at inexpensive prices.

This particular sale had a large variety of fall and winter clothing for kids. It began at 8 a.m. and runs until noon at the Apostolic Temple Youth Center in South Bend.

“It's really a blessing to the community that moms have a place to come and sell their things at a reasonable price, and then other moms can be blessed too and get some really good deals for their family and not spend an arm and leg at the stores,” explains Lindsay Witwer a volunteer for the Twice is Nice Resale.

Twice is Nice is a non-profit group organized by moms in order to provide all types of help to the Michiana community. The group is making sure 30% of sale proceeds go back into the community to help families in need.
