Man who carjacked Holy Cross students changes plea

One of four teens accused of carjacking two Holy Cross students in 2009, withdrew his not guilty plea Wednesday, and pleaded guilty to a second case.

Hakeen Hogan, 20, was in court Wednesday morning for a status hearing on the carjacking. A trial date was set for this Friday.

Hogan also pleaded guilty in a battery case in July, which he apparently struck a woman in the head, and slammed her head against the floor.

The court withdrew its decision to revoke Hogan's probation in a third case, where Hogan attempted to flee from police when he found out he had to go to jail on a marijuana charge.
