Two teens accused in a fatal shooting last weekend in South Bend will appear in court later this month.
Rayterrior Wheeler, 16, is facing felony murder charges in the shooting death of Mark Caldwell, 51.
Herbert Brown III, 18, is charged with assisting a criminal.
The shooting happened last Friday night at a house in the 1000 block of East Bowman Street, just off of Miami.
According to the homeowner, Angela Turner, it stemmed from a robbery gone bad.
She says the victim was a close family friend who had fallen on tough times and was staying with her for a couple days.
Both Wheeler and Brown are scheduled to appear in court for their initial hearings on November 27.
Bond has been set at $1,000 cash for Brown, while wheeler is being held without bond.
