Gregory Dickens to be back in court later this month

As a teenager, Gregory Dickens was convicted of killing South Bend Police Officer, Paul Deguch.

Now, at age 31, Dickens continues to fight for his freedom in the courts. Later this month, Dickens' defense team will get a chance to present new evidence in the case.

Two days have been set aside to call witnesses on December 18 and 19. Dickens was originally convicted murdering Deguch in 1999.
