Goshen truck driver wins $200,000 playing the lottery

A Goshen truck driver was just looking for a good deal when he stopped by a local convenience store last Friday to get a free Pepsi with his sandwich. But he left with a much bigger deal than he anticipated.

Ron Harris walked out of the 7-Eleven on State Road 19 with a Mix & Match ticket that he had later learned was worth $200,000.

He discovered he had won the next morning, and has since come forward to claim the life-changing top prize.

The Elkhart store will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the lucky ticket. As for Harris's winnings, he plans to pay off his bills and donate to pet refuge in Mishawaka.
