Former human resources manager Taimi Fernandez-Guillot previously filed a $2 million lawsuit against them, saying she was fired for refusing to hire illegal immigrants. Fernandez-Guillot also says her audit found proof the company employed several illegal workers, but says her bosses urged her to cover it up.

Now, the company is counter-suing Fernandez-Guillot, saying she was fired for poor work performance.

Our reporting partners at The Elkhart TruthThe Elkhart Truth say it may take up to 2 years for the suit to reach trial, as both sides gather evidence.
