Goshen A Goshen factory is fighting back against an employee's lawsuit, with a suit of their own.
Crane composites makes fiberglass sidewall finishes for RV's. Former human resources manager Taimi Fernandez-Guillot previously filed a $2 million lawsuit against them, saying she was fired for refusing to hire illegal immigrants. Fernandez-Guillot also says her audit found proof the company employed several illegal workers, but says her bosses urged her to cover it up.
Now, the company is counter-suing Fernandez-Guillot, saying she was fired for poor work performance.
