One of the three men charged with robbing a gas station in Kosciusko County last month has been sentenced.
That's according to our reporting partners at The Times-Union of Warsaw.
Timothy Hackworth, 23, of North Manchester will spend four years in prison for his involvement in the crime.
He also has four pending cases in Wabash County for burglary, two counts of theft and a probation violation and will serve all of his sentences consecutively.
Two others charged in the robbery, Harrison Shepherd, 18, and Andrew Asbury, 19, both from North Manchester have also confessed to the crime.
Police said the three men stole two cars from the Manchester Sales and Service car lot in April and then robbed the McClure Oil gas station in Silver Lake of cigarettes and some cash that same day.
Shepherd and Asbury are both awaiting their sentencing hearings.
