Fulton, Indiana After a two-month investigation, the town marshal for Fulton, Indiana was arrested Thursday night on multiple felonies.

Indiana State Police investigators say over the last five years, Jason Coleman, 37, had been submitting hours for time he did not actually work. At the time, Coleman was Rochester's police chief, and collected more than $6,700.

He's now charged with one count of official misconduct and six counts of theft. Coleman turned himself in Thursday night to the Fulton County Jail and has since bonded out.

The investigation started back when Fulton's town president and clerk tipped off ISP detectives.
