The last of four suspects in a botched home invasion was found and arrested Friday morning.

Police arrested 18-year-old Anthony Sharp for murder soon at around 2 a.m after receiving information overnight that he was at the Carriage House Apartments in Elkhart.

Responding patrolmen caught and arrested 16-year-old Blake Layman and Jose Quiroz on October 3 moments after a shooting at 1919 Frances Avenue. They later found and arrested 17-year-old Levi Sparks on October 8th.

All face felony murder charges for the shooting death of their friend, 21-year-old Denzale Johnson.

Their involvement in the home burglary, during which Johnson died, makes them responsible for his death under Indiana law even though the homeowner pulled the trigger.

Homeowner Rodney Scott, 54, was inside his home at the time of the home invasion. He shot and killed Johnson.

All four suspects will appear in court again on November 8th for another hearing, their trial has been scheduled for January 28th where the four will be tried as adults.
