ELKHART, Ind.--- A former Foraker firefighter has pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual contact with a minor.

William Hess, 57, of Goshen, plead guilty this afternoon after allegations were made in the summer of 2010 by a teenage boy, according to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.

The teenage boy also helped police discover two other victims.

All other charges, including child molesting and child solicitation, have been dropped as part of the plea deal.

Deputy Prosecutor Susan Snyder spoke with the victims and their families to ensure this deal was what they wanted.

The family of one of the victims has filed a lawsuit against Hess.
