Former Penn Township Trustee Jeff Dean is free once again, after serving 45 days of a 90-day jail sentence.
In July, Dean pleaded guilty to two felony counts related to misbehavior on the job.
He began serving his sentence on August 20,and although that sentence was served in the county jail, Dean was eligible for state good time credit that cut his jail time in half.
Dean was released from the county jail on October 3.
