South Bend, Ind. The former home of Bosch, Honeywell, and Bendix Operations is officially the future home of Curtis Products.
The City of South Bend owns the property, and Thursday agreed to sell it for $1 million to South Bend based Curtis Products.
Curtis now occupies four separate buildings in the Monroe Park area. The sale is expected to close in January. Curtis plans to move production to the old Bosch building in March or April.
The company has about 300 employees who do tube bending and fabrication for automotive and agricultural clients.
