The River Terrace Apartment Complex in Benton Harbor has more than $1 million in damage from the fire that broke out there last week.

The fire at the high-rise complex started last Thursday night. The River Terrace Apartments are located in the 300 block of River Terrace Drive, just off 8th Street. One person has been arrested for starting the blaze.
