Did you know your phone can help you lose weight?

While it can’t make you hit the treadmill or put a lock on the fridge, it does provide a way for you to access a variety of weight loss apps.

These programs act as high tech food journals, allowing you to track eating and exercise habits.

Some of the apps have you scan bar codes and automatically show you how healthy an item is.

Others can help you when you travel, by providing the nutritional value for fast food and restaurant options.

Here’s a link link to some of the apps available.
