The final Mishawaka wrestler, found guilty of sexually assaulting a fellow teammate, has been sentenced to “Strict and Indefinite Probation.”
A dispositional hearing was held at the beginning of the month, but a judge requested additional information before handing down a ruling.
Among other things, the teen must go to counseling, comply with random drug testing and home inspections and have zero contact with the victim or co-defendants.
Back in March, six teens were accused of Attempted Criminal Deviate Conduct, a class B felony when committed by an adult.
The wrestler is not being named because he was a juvenile at the time of the 2010 incident.
Three of the wrestlers involved in this case have been given probation.
Two others had their charges lowered to misdemeanors.
