SOUTH BEND Each year, the Saint Joseph High School sociology students are asked to use a theme given to them by teacher Kristie Alter to create a video that "lifts people up and focuses on the positives in human interaction instead of only the negative."

This year the theme was unity.

Sophomore, junior, and senior students got the whole St. Joseph community involved in the unique class project.

“Each class takes a different view based on the makeup and interests of those students. The students must all participate from the planning to the filming the footage to editing and choosing a song. This class wanted to show the faculty and staff at the high school united and having fun as a way to say goodbye to our current seniors,” said Alter about this years project. “They had a great time with their teachers and showed our students, alumni and the community our Saint Joe spirit.”
