Police have arrested an Elkhart woman for dealing a controlled substance near a school.
Officers allegedly made an undercover purchase of numerous prescription pills from Carol Garcia-Cruz in the parking lot of a business in Syracuse located across the street from a pre-school.
This arrest is the result of several undercover operations that have taken place in Syracuse over the last few weeks.
