Elkhart man behind bars after threatening with fire extinguisher, causing crash

ELKHART, Ind. A man was arrested in Elkhart after he threatened a man then intentionally rear ended and side-swiped a car.

Joshua Fullmer, 32, was arrested on Saturday after an incident at a Dollar General on SR 19 in Elkhart.

Fullmer knowingly and intentionally threatened a man with a fire extinguisher.

Then, as he was leaving the parking lot, he rear-ended and side-swiped a car, forcing it off the road.

Fullmer is now being held at the Elkhart County Jail.
