An Elkhart man has been found guilty of stealing from a RV manufacturer.

Prosecutors say Kristian Horn fraudulently ordered, picked up and sold customers $86,000 worth of materials.

Horn is a former employee of Forest River.

Horn received $30,000-40,000 in cash from the sales, but Forest River received invoices charging them for the ordered materials.

In court this week, witnesses said they were told they were purchasing from Forest River's surplus supply.

Horn is scheduled to be sentenced in Elkhart County Court May 29th.
