It's down to business for those in Elkhart. The City Council will look at $1.6 million in reductions at the Council Meeting Tuesday night.
Cuts include police and fire furlough days, reducing funding to Jazz Fest, and getting rid of seven positions through attrition.
The Council will not be able to pick apart the budget by line item, but can add to cuts.
