NORTH LIBERTY, Ind. -- A North Liberty woman is celebrating a special birthday.

She turned 100 years old this past weekend.

Family and friends gathered Monday at the First Source Bank in North Liberty to take a look at the life of Gladys Scheneman.

Gladys is the bank's oldest customer and says she's lived a pretty good life, lots of things from beginning to end.

So what's her secret?

“Everybody asks me what's my motto I said I eat right, I live right, and do right… I eat right, live right and do right and that's what it is, and that's what it takes,” she said.

Gladys plays the piano, strictly by ear, and is in a band.

She does a concert about once a month at the Pine Creek Brethern Church.
