Eastern Pulaski schools get new superintendent

Pulaski Co., Ind. Students at Eastern Pulaski schools have a new superintendent to guide them, and he's no stranger to the district.

WKVI reports Dan Foster will now fill the role.

He served as an assistant principal for the high school from 2004 until 2007.

School board members unanimously approved foster during a special meeting yesterday afternoon.

He was one of fifteen applicants.

Foster says he's determined to keep the graduation rate as high as it is during his term.

He'll begin his new position Monday.

He takes over for Dr. Robert Klitzman who will retires after 26 years at the school.
