A Mishawaka man, who pleaded guilty to driving drunk and injuring three people in a March accident, was sentenced to three years executed in the Departmnet of Corrections on Wednesday.
Twenty-one-year-old Joseph Wukotich was charged with two counts of causing serious injury while driving drunk, both felonies.
He hit one car and that car rear-ended another at the intersection of Jefferson and Logan in Mishawaka.
The crash sent three people to the hospital.
The possible penalty for a class D felonny is between six months and three years. Wukotich plead guilty to two counts.
Wukotich also faces separate aggravated assault charges in connection to a stabbing this spring.
